ARTICLE: Judge Rules Against State Employee Furloughs

PRINTAs KCRA.com reports, Judge Frank Roesch has ruled that Governor Schwarzenegger is illegally enforcing furloughs on some state organizations. Though the state intends to appeal this decision, the ruling, as it stands, could drop the state budget by $2 billion.
