NEWS: Overestimate fueled state's landmark diesel law

PRINTThe San Francisco Chronicle reports that independent researchers have determined the California Air Resources Board grossly overestimated pollution levels by as much as 340% in a scientific analysis that was key to the creation of AB 32.
