(Breaking News) HJTA Files Suit Against City of Sacramento for Misuse of Funds

In response to new Grand Jury report released that shows City allegedly misused $21 Million of public funds
Sacramento -- Upon release of a new Grand Jury report showing that the City of Sacramento allegedly misused Millions of dollars of public funds, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association will call a Press Conference this afternoon to announce they will sue the City of Sacramento:
WHAT: Major Announcement: Lawsuit against City of Sacramento for misuse of funds:
· Grand Jury report just released show alleged misuse of funds
· Funds meant for Public Utilities were used for Sacramento Jazz Jubilee and Gold Rush Days
· Violations of funds may have cost the public $21 Million
· HJTA to sue on grounds that City violated Prop. 218
